Mona Moghimi

Mona accumulated a wealth of experience in both the academia as well as in the biopharmaceutical industry. She obtained her MSc degree in Biomolecular Sciences at the VU university Amsterdam in Amsterdam. Mona obtained multiple fellowships from renowned Dutch societies such as KWF, Stichting Noorthey and used it to perform oncology research during her MSc internship and later as Research Associate at Harvard Medical School.

She continued her PhD in Genetics at Harvard Medical School, then moved to industry as scientist at Galapagos and Charles River. From there, Mona transitioned to Business Development & Licensing role at Bioclinica and Synco Bio Partners covering the fast scope of drug discovery, -development and -manufacturing. In 2016, Mona co-founded IMIHGOM B.V. to Shape the Future of successful drug development.
